Dr. Dre Drops $40M On Brady-Gisele Calif. Mansion
BRENTWOOD, Calif. (CBS) --- Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady and Supermodel Gisele Bundchen's mansion is off the market.
The LA Times reported the deal became official, Wednesday.
Dr. Dre has reportedly purchased the 14,000 square foot California mansion for $40 million. The property had been listed for $50 million. The couple bought the property in 2008 for $11.75 million.
Dr. Dre, 49, is the founder and chief executive of Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics. He previously was co-owner of Death Row Records and worked with Eminem, Snoop Dog and 50 Cent.
Last year, the home was featured in Architectural Digest, described as an "eco-chic family home." It features a koi-stocked moat; a home gym, five bedrooms and nine baths.
