Goodell On Foxboro Super Bowl: Process Is 'More And More Difficult'

BOSTON (CBS) --- Could Foxboro ever host a Super Bowl?  NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell doesn't sound too optimistic.

Goodell was at Foxboro to speak at a football safety clinic for moms of athletes, a program aimed at safer play at all levels of football.
