Celtics At 7: Would Any Of Kentucky’s Stars Be A Fit In Boston?

The Celtics are down to their final three games of the regular season following a 106-103 upset of the playoff-bound Bobcats on Friday night. Plenty went right for Boston, even without Rajon Rondo in the lineup because of a shin injury, but is that in the best interests of the organization down the stretch? Clearly not. Sometimes, a win can be a loss.

“Celtics @ 7” host Adam Kaufman notes the C’s win and the Magic’s loss dropped Boston into a tie with the Jazz for the fourth-worst record in the NBA. Celtics ownership and management has promised fireworks this summer, so what will that entail and who’s future with the Celts is in jeopardy?

Brett Dawson from Rivals.com and Yahoo! Sports joined the show to break down the top Kentucky talent expected to enter the NBA Draft. There’s lots of potential among their class of freshmen and sophomores, but few if any are truly NBA-ready. Would any be good picks for the Celtics?
