NightSide - Lauren Rikleen, Author Of "You Raised Us, Now Work With Us"

BOSTON (CBS) - Older generations have bestowed certain judgments on today's youth, claiming that this is the most spoiled generation our country has ever seen, and that young twenty-somethings leaving college have become entitled and lazy. Lauren Rikleen, Executive-In-Residence at the Boston College Center for Work & Family, says this is just not true. She has written a new book called, "You Raised Us – Now Work With Us," which addresses how to ease the generation gap in the workplace.
