Sandwiched between some mighty fine weather will be a super soaking tonight and early tomorrow morning.  An area of low pressure with Gulf of Mexico origins is headed up the East Coast.Low pressure is now leaving the Gulf Coast region and heading north loaded up with moisture. This low will slide by to our west throwing a ribbon of warmth and soaking rain at us tonight and tomorrow morning.With the low going west of us we will see temps rise tonight on a gusty southerly wind. Rain amounts will likely top an inch renewing flood concerns on streams, creeks and some of the Southern New England rivers.  Temporary street and parking lot flooding will be possible as well leading to a slower than normal Tuesday morning commute.For the second time in as many weeks over an inch of rain is expected.
