Felger & Mazz: April 3, 2014
Felger and Massarotti opened the day talking about the Boston Red Sox and last night’s 6-2 win over the Baltimore Orioles. What have the Red Sox showed us in the first two games of the season? What are the fans thoughts on Jerry Remy so far? What have been some of the pros and cons of instant replay?
In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz continue to discuss the Red Sox, Jerry Remy, and instant replay in baseball. How much time should an athlete miss when their wife gives birth?
During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys got into the New England Patriots and life after Tom Brady. How soon will the Pats draft a quarterback? Boston Bruins President Cam Neely joined Mike and Tony to discuss the final two weeks of the season and preparation for the playoffs. Getting back into the Patriots, they have resigned safety Patrick Chung. Chung returns to New England after spending one year in Philadelphia.
In the fourth and final Hour, Felger and Mazz get back into the Red Sox. Is A.J. Pierzynski’s aggressive approach at the plate a bad thing? Was David Ortiz’s “selfie” with President Barack Obama a marketing stunt? Before the Final Word with Marc Bertrand, the guys talk a little Boston Celtics and “Tankapalooza.”
