Men Taking a Stand Against Domestic Violence

February 22, 2014
Governor Deval Patrick and many other men are going to be wearing white ribbons on Thursday March 6th, 2014 in an effort to take a stand against domestic violence! The White Ribbon Day Campaign was created by a group of men back in 1991. Here in Massachusetts, it is celebrated annually on the first Thursday in March. On this edition of “Centro”, we tell you about that and a White Ribbon Night Gala, which will be celebrated on Friday February 28th at Phillip’s Banquet House in Boston. WBZ’s Yadires Nova-Salcedo talks with Lovern Gordon, President of the Love Life Now Foundation, which is sponsoring the gala event. Tune in!
