BOSTON (CBS) – On Saturday’s “Celtics @ 7,” host Adam Kaufman recapped the Celts’ 10-point win over the visiting Kings to mark the team’s third straight victory, which has resulted in a steep dive in the popular Tanking Standings. Boston went from the third-worst record in the league to seventh-worst in the span of a week. Kaufman then focused his attention on the inconsistent and seemingly underachieving Jeff Green. The forward has shown flashes of brilliance from time to time, but largely falls short of where fans expected he would be this season.

In the second segment, the show welcomed in CSNNE.com and Boston Metro C’s reporter Jimmy Toscano to discuss the state of the team, the continued development of Jared Sullinger, and which players are most likely to be moved come the NBA’s trade deadline on Feb. 20.

Kaufman wrapped up the program with CBSBoston.com contributor Brian Robb, as the two explored whether the upcoming draft is as good as most people seem to believe. The group of highly-touted prospects has lost steam in recent weeks in the view of many NBA executives, according to reports.
