Dozens Of Crashes Reported Statewide

BOSTON (CBS) --- The State Police are reporting dozens of accidents across the state.

State Police tweeted a picture of a rollover crash on Route 128 north in Gloucester. There are minor injuries in that crash.

In Hanover, a car went off the road and hit the guard rail on Route 3 south.

Police were on scene of a three-car crash in Leominster on Route 495 north near Exit 27. No injuries were reported.

Speed limits on all roadways were lowered and State Police were reminding motorists that bridges freeze quicker than the rest of  the roadway.

Gov. Deval Patrick has asked people to stay off the roads when possible, to let crews clear roadways during the storm.
