Man's Body Found On Grounds Of Smith College In Northampton
NORTHAMPTON (AP) — Authorities say they have identified a man whose body was discovered on the grounds of Smith College in Northampton.
A spokeswoman for the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said Sunday the body was that of 35-year-old Kyle William Amidon of Florence, a village in Northampton. A passer-by reported seeing the body on Saturday.
DA spokeswoman Mary Carey said Saturday the dead man does not appear to have any connection or affiliation to Smith College. She said initial information had led investigators to suspect no foul play.
