Felger & Mazz: January 3, 2014

Felger and Massarotti kicked on an Agenda Free Friday previewing the start of the NFL playoffs. The New England Patriots have earned the bye and will face the highest seed remaining from the first round. Who do the Patriots want to face? Jerry Thornton of Barstool Sports joined Mike and Tony to talk some Patriots and the start of the NFL Playoffs. Finally, the guys discuss Gary Tanguay on the call of tonight's Boston Celtics game and the potential return of "Tankapalooza."

Hour 1

In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz continue to take calls on an Agenda Free Friday. Should the NFL adjust its playoff format? Patriots radio play-by-play announcer, Bob Socci, joined Mike and Tony to talk some Pats, Wild Card weekend, and to play 5 Questions. To wrap up the hour, Felger and Massarotti continue to take Agenda Free calls.

Hour 2

During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the talked a little off-season baseball. Stephen Drew has yet to be signed. Has Scott Boras blown it for his client? Will Drew return to Boston? Is Will Middlebrooks a part of the Sox future? Will Jerry Remy be a part of the Red Sox television broadcast next year? Mike and Tony got back into the Celtics. After tonight, the Celtics head out West for a 5-game road trip. Are the Celtics really as bad as people thought they were?

Hour 3

In the fourth and final hour of an Agenda Free Friday, Felger and Mazz throw it all on the table and take calls on everything. Mike and Tony continue to discuss the NFL's Wild Card Weekend. Which teams are poised to make a deep run? How come there were so many potential blackouts for Wild Card Weekend? Mazz goes on to vent about the city of Cincinnati. Finally, we hear the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
