Daily Talker: A Lot On The Line For The Patriots

They may have already won the AFC East title for the fifth straight season, but there is still a lot on the line for the New England Patriots when they host the Buffalo Bulls on Sunday.

A win gets them a first-round bye, and possibly home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. A loss could send the team to a wild-card game.

While the New England is undefeated at home this season, and Buffalo is in last place in the AFC East, the Patriots say they aren't taking the Bills too lightly.

"It's a team that knows us well. We know them well. And they always do play us close. So regardless of what the record may indicate, it's going to be a battle," said Patriots running back Stevan Ridley said.

The Patriots have been dealing with several late-season injuries, including tight end Rob Gronkowski.
