Gronk, Ridley Spread Christmas Cheer At Children's Hospital Boston

BOSTON (CBS) - Rob Gronkowski may be out for the season after his devastating injury last Sunday, but that hasn't stopped him from spreading some holiday cheer.

Gronkowski and teammate Stevan Ridley were at Children's Hospital Boston on Tuesday, participating in the annual concert put on by the Boston Pops.

Ridley narrated "Twas The Night Before Christmas" with maestro Keith Lockhart, and the two participated in a sing-along as well.

Ridley also posted an Instragram video shortly after his trip, showing him pushing Gronkowski around in a wheelchair. Ridley is dressed in a Santa-like onsie, while Gronk looks a lot like Will Ferrell in "Elf."

In the video, Ridley hands Gronkowski a present (a football, of course) before wheeling him over to present it to a patient.

Gronkowski was placed on the IR last week after a blow his right knee ended his season. He will reportedly undergo surgery in the next few weeks, but is expected to return by the start of next season.
