QUINCY (CBS) – A Norfolk County Grand Jury has indicted a man accused of torturing and beating a dog in Quincy in September.
Radoslaw Czerkawski, 32, formerly of Quincy, faces 12 indictments for animal abuse and one indictment for misleading police.
Czerkawski pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of animal cruelty and one count of misleading police investigators at his October 29 arraignment.
He is being held on $500,000 cash bail.
