In an abbreviated version of the Felger and Massarotti show, Mike and Tony kicked off the day previewing tonight’s New England Patriots game against the Carolina Panthers. What do fans want to see out of the Patriots tonight? The guys also discussed last night’s game between the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs. Wes Welker took a shot last night and sustained a concussion, but continued to play in the Broncos 27-17 win over the Chiefs. Is there any chance Welker won’t play against his former team on Sunday night?

In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz take a look at the AFC playoff picture. Which team will get the AFC’s last playoff spot? Mike and Tony continued Hour 2 by looking around the rest of the NFL, including Ed Reed’s debut with the New York Jets. Finally, the guys discussed Carol Ruiz’s signing with the Philadelphia Phillies and the Boston Celtics weekend.
