Sweet...

This is going to be one fine day!  High pressure is strong and to our south...mild air is flowing in around it's periphery and temps will spike into the upper 50s and lower 60s today under mostly sunny skies.  There will be some this cirrus clouds up there from time to time.

With ridging along the East Coast mild air will continue to work northward up into New England and with a slow-moving pattern that means it will be sticking around for several days...through the weekend!  While winds are lighter now they will begin to turn out of the S/SE and pick up by the end of the weekend.  The end result...more moisture and lots of clouds along with a chance of showers during the afternoon on Sunday.  But most of the weekend will be dry and mild with temps between 55-60 degrees.

A storm will dig into the Great Lakes from Canada on Sunday and send a stronger low pressure center to our NW on Monday...trailing from it will be another strong cold front with a period of soaking showers and gusty winds for the first half of Monday.  The front will march east of us later Monday and cold air will pour in behind it for the middle of the week.

Have a great weekend everybody...
