FOXBORO (CBS) – A Fall River man is behind bars, accused of breaking into a Foxboro home.

Benjamin Clay, 45, was taken into custody on Nov. 1. He faces charges including breaking and entering in the daytime, larceny over $250, and being a common and notorious thief stemming from a break-in last month.

Surveillance video shows the man wearing a safety vest and hard hat.

When police searched Clay’s home, they found items, believed to be stolen.

Detectives are currently in the process of identifying whom the property belongs to.
