Report Says Middleboro Police Have Jeep Involved In Fatal Hit-And-Run

MIDDLEBORO (CBS) -- Police say there has been a break in the search for a hit-and-run driver who killed a Middleboro father.

Police tell the Brockton Enterprise that they have seized the Jeep that ran over Michael Dutra.

Police have not said anything more - including whether anyone has been charged.

Durtra was riding his bike two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was hit and killed.
