Man Caught On Video Punching Woman After Patriots-Jets Game

Jets Fan Punches Woman in the Face by BSOTV on YouTube

BOSTON (CBS) - A man in a Jets jersey was caught on video punching a woman outside of MetLife stadium following the Patriots-Jets game on Sunday afternoon.

The video, which was originally posted on YouTube and Deadspin, surfaced shortly after New York's 30-27 overtime win over the Patriots. It shows a group of men fighting as they exited the stadium, followed by two women confronting one of the men in a Wayne Chrebet Jets jersey. That man is then seen punching one of the women in the face. The woman appears to be wearing red Patriots jersey.

The Jets fan has been identified as 38-year-old Kurt Paschke, who was convicted in a fatal stabbing in 1995. He was charged with Criminal Negligent Homicide for fatally stabbing a teenager and served three years in prison from June 1995 to February 1998.

The man who sent the video to Deadspin, identified by the website as "Rob," told the site: "Fight started in the stands with two girls fighting. And moved out to where I shot the video. Beer was thrown and clothing over the balcony. Security went after the guy. Didn't see what happened after that."

No security officials are seen during the 35-second video.
