Felger and Massarotti kicked off the day discussing the Boston Red Sox and last night’s 7-3 Game 3 loss to the Detroit Tigers in the ALCS. The series is now tied at 2-2. Does this series have a chance of slipping away from the Sox? What’s been going on with Dustin Pedroia? Did John Farrell keep Jake Peavy in too long? Finally, the guys discuss the New England Patriots and the latest on tight end Rob Gronkowski.

In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz continue to pick through last night’s Sox loss to the Tigers in Game 4 of the ALCS. Mike and Tony discussed the “area code rule” at second base and how the potential change in instant replay could affect a play like that. Should Sox fans be concerned that the Tigers have tied the series? To wrap up the hour, Felger and Massarotti talk about comments made by Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay about taking championships over stats.

During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys continue to discuss the Sox Game 4 ALCS loss to the Tigers last night. Taking a break from the Sox talk, Felger and Mazz were joined by Boston Bruins President Cam Neely to talk some B’s and tonight’s game against Tim Thomas and the Florida Panthers. Getting back into the Red Sox chatter, the guys discussed the lineup changes made by the John Farrell and Jim Leyland.

In the fourth and final hour, Felger and Mazz continue to take calls on last night’s Sox loss to the Tigers. Are the Sox in trouble with the series tied? Are the Tigers a better team than the Sox? Is tonight’s game a must-win for the Sox? Looking back at the Jake Peavy-Jose Iglesias trade, who is the long and short-term winner in the deal? Finally, it’s the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
