A last second drive that ended in a touchdown gave the Patriots the win over the Saints on Sunday. Unfortunately, the win came at a price as the Pats lose more players to injury.

Jerrod Mayo left this past week’s game in the fourth quarter with a torn pectoral muscle. Mayo underwent surgery on Tuesday and the Patriots placed him on the IR on Wednesday morning.

Aqib Talib also left the game in the second half with a hip injury. Early reports indicated that the injury is not believed to be serious.

And as if all that wasn’t enough the offense also suffered a few injuries. Wide receiver Danny Amendola was knocked out of the game in the second half after taking a nasty blow to the head on the left sideline. Amendola was helped off the field and it was later announced that he suffered a head injury.

Offensive lineman Dan Connolly also suffered a head injury in the first half and was replaced at right guard by Marcus Cannon.

Gresh and Zo talk with Patriots safety Steve Gregory big win over the Saints in Week 6. Gregory talks about the adjustments made when the injuries occurred and how the newest Patriot Austin Collie played and what he is like in practice.

Gregory discussed how the Patriots are planning for the Jets and newly improved quarterback Geno Smith. The guys also ask Gregory about the injuries the Pats are dealing with and how they plan to deal moving forward.

Gresh and Zo discuss all the injuries that the Patriots have suffered over the last week. They guys focus on losing Jerod Mayo to injured reserve. Who will the Patriots play week 7, and how long will the Pats miss these key players this season?
