Sixty-four-year-old Susan Macchi and 23-year-old Juliet Macchi died in the early morning crash as they returned home from a Red Sox game.

The 25-year-old Basler was off duty and returning from a party.

Police say his blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit to drive.
