GOFFSTOWN, N.H. (CBS) – A driver charged with hitting a three-year-old boy while driving under the influence was ordered held on $10,000 cash bail Thursday afternoon.
Katlynn Hollinsworth, 24, of Hillsborough pleaded not guilty in Goffstown District Court to charges of driving under the influence and first-degree assault.
Police say she struck Cooper Rogers as the boy left his day care center in Hillsborough Wednesday afternoon. Cooper was holding his mother’s hand on a sidewalk when he was hit.
He was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. His family says he is recovering.
