Young Child Indecently Assaulted On East Boston Street
EAST BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Police issued a community alert after a young child was indecently assaulted on Friday evening.
The attack happened near Waldemar Avenue in East Boston around 6:45 p.m.
Police describe the suspect as a light skinned Hispanic man in his mid thirties, approximately 5'6" tall with a chubby build. He was wearing a white shirt with Boston written in red on the front, dark blue jean shorts, and a blue hat.
Police say witnesses saw the man was in the area for a while before the attack. They did not indicate whether the victim was injured.
Boston police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
