Cape Summer House Vandals Caught On Video Turn Themselves In
MASHPEE (CBS) – Teenagers caught on video trashing a home on the Cape recently have turned themselves in to police.
Two young men and a young woman were seen on surveillance video at a Mashpee summer house throwing patio furniture onto the pool cover, pulling up bushes, knocking over an umbrella and breaking a mailbox.
They even went swimming under the pool cover.
The rampage lasted nearly 45 minutes.
No one was home at the time.
The homeowner, Phil Meikle, told WBZ-TV the teens caused thousands of dollars in damage.
No charges have been filed and no other details have been released at this point in the investigation.
