Red Sox Recall Jackie Bradley, Jr.
BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Red Sox recalled outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. from Triple-A Pawtucket on Saturday.
This marks Bradley's fourth stint with Boston this season.
In his 23 games for Boston, he has hit .155 (9-for-58) with three doubles, two home runs, seven RBI, and 11 runs scored.
In 80 regular season games for Pawtucket in 2013, he batted .275 (88-for-320) with 26 doubles, three triples, 10 home runs, 35 RBI, and scored 57 runs.
Bradley was expected to replace injured center fielder Jacoby Ellsbury.
