Gresh and Zolak have been breaking down each NFL team ahead of the 2013 season in their “Summer School” segment, and have finally reached the NFC West.

Things get started with the talented Seattle Seahawks, who after an 11-5 season in 2012 have high hopes to play late into the playoffs.

First up, Gresh and Zo take attendance and look at the offseason moves of the Seahawks, including the Percy Harvin trade and a few defensive additions.

Next up it’s the pop quiz, where the guys debate how good quarterback Russell Wilson will be in his second NFL season.

After that it’s Fantasy 101, where the guys select a “stud” and “sleeper” from the Seahawks roster. Then they wrap it up with their final grade for Seattle.

The Vegas over/under for Seattle is 10.5 wins. What do the guys think of it?
