Felger & Mazz: August 29, 2013
In the opening hour of Felger and Mazz, the guys start the afternoon with some discussion about the Red Sox. With another win last night, recent articles have highlighted the fact that the Sox have experienced a sharp drop in attendance at Fenway this year, despite their success. The guys debate what the reason is for the drop. Additionally, they dole out some credit to John Farrell, Stephen Drew, and Jacoby Ellsbury for their recent performances.
In the second hour of Felger and Mazz, the guys continue the attendance talk on the Red Sox. On the heels of the Patriots cutting Ras-I Dowling, the guys also reflect on what player is the biggest bust in Patriots draft history. Finally, they discuss the Bruins extending Peter Chiarelli to a four-year deal as the team’s GM.
Today’s show was cut short due to Patriots pregame.
