Little League Challenger Players Visit Fenway Park

BOSTON (CBS) – A group of kids from the Little League Challenger got the chance of a lifetime Tuesday.

The kids from the Sunshine Village Challenger Eagles team in the Springfield and Chicopee area, all of whom suffer from disabilities, paid a visit to Fenway Park for an event that’s co-sponsored by the Red Sox and CVS.

They all got the chance to go one-on-one with Red Sox hitting coaches during a hitting clinic, eat lunch in the dugout and hang out by the Green Monster. The group will also be able to stay and watch the game tonight.

The annual CVS Caremark All Kids Can Baseball Camp is in its ninth year.
