1 Dead After Shooting In Downtown Lowell

LOWELL (CBS) ---- Officials are investigating a fatal shooting early this morning in Lowell.

It happened at 1:38 a.m. Sunday on Middlesex Street.

There, police discovered a 25-year-old who had been shot. He was taken to Saints Memorial Medical Center where he later died.

Police and the Middlesex District Attorney's office have identified the  victim as  Keny Sien, 25, of Dracut.

Lowell Police and Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Middlesex District Attorney's office are investigating the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
