Cape Cod Train Collides With Car

SANDWICH (CBS) -- A small truck and a Cape Cod Central Railroad train collided Sunday afternoon on Route 6A.

The Fire Department reported the truck rolled over in the area of North Pond and Spring Hill and collided with the train.

Cape Cod Central Railroad reported the train was operating a Sunday Brunch tour when the crash occurred.

No one onboard the train was injured and passengers were bused to the train depot in Hyannis.

No word yet on whether anyone in the truck was injured.

The National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash.
