The Red Sox made a deal late Tuesday night then were quiet through the day leading up to the trade deadline Wednesday at 4pm.

In the deal Boston made they acquired starting pitcher Jake Peavy from the Chicago White Sox, while sending Jose Iglesias to Detroit as the other main player in the deal.

The Red Sox also acquired Bryan Villareal from the Tigers and traded away minor league pitchers J.B. Wendelken and Francelis Montas and infielder Cleuluis Rondon to the White Sox, while the Tigers sent Avisail Garcia to the White Sox.

Gresh and Zo were joined by Sean McAdam and the guys discussed whether they were in or out on this Sox team having a legitimate chance to make a run at a championship.

Gresh is in on the character this team has, but doesn’t think that they have enough to go all the way. Do you agree with Gresh?

Zo thinks that this team has a good chance and he’s in. What about you?
