Man Drowns At Houghton's Pond In Milton

MILTON (CBS) - A man drowned at Houghton's Pond in Milton Monday night.

Witnesses say the man, who appeared to be in his 30's, was swimming with his family when he went under the water shortly before 8 p.m.

A helicopter and State Police dive teams assisted Milton fire and police crews as they searched for the man.

Almost two hours later, his body was recovered.

The Norfolk County District Attorney is investigating the circumstances of the death.
