Onset EMS Workers Revive Near-Drowning Victim

WAREHAM (CBS) – A person was rescued from the water and revived after nearly drowning off Wareham Saturday morning.

Onset fire crews received a call around 9:45 a.m. for a body in Muddy Cove, which is just down the street from the fire station.

They arrived to find someone pulling the victim out of the water. EMS workers were able to revive the victim, who was transported to Toby Hospital before being flown to another hospital.

That person’s identity and condition were not immediately known.
