Rich lives near the Mandarin Hotel in Boston and noticed that there was a large gathering outside of the hotel.
Turns out it was a mob of Justin Bieber fans!
Rich had a great idea to mess with the fans a little bit.
He came out of the hotel to a mob scene and acted as his tour manager, Jagr Von Hollywood.
Then at another point Rich lowered his hat and ran out of the hotel full speed and was chased down the street by a crowd of screaming Bieber maniacs.
And Rich looks absolutely nothing like Justin Bieber.
