NH Man Charged After Pursuit Through Several Towns
HAMPSTEAD, N.H. (AP) — Police say a 21-year-old man who led law officers on a 15-mile chase through southern New Hampshire faces charges including drunken driving.
Police say the episode began with a report of someone driving erratically Saturday evening in Hudson. The driver, who refused to pull over, crossed through Windham before the pursuit ended in Hampstead.
Police say Alexander Bedard of Nashua is being held in the Rockingham County House of Correction on charges of drunken driving, reckless conduct and disobeying a police officer. It was unclear Sunday if he had a lawyer.
