Arrest Made In December 2012 Manchester NH Homicide Case
MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) -- A Manchester man has been arrested on a murder charge in the December 2012 killing of Daniel Langlois in the city, the N.H. attorney general reported in a prepared statement.
Jesus "Scoobie" Fernandez, 27, of Manchester, was arrested Sunday evening and charged with reckless second-degree murder for allegedly shooting Langlois to death with a handgun on Dec. 27.
Fernandez's arraignment on the murder charge is scheduled for Monday in the 9th Circuit Court - District Division - Manchester District Court.
Several law enforcement agencies have investigated Langlois' killing, including the N.H. attorney general's office, the Manchester Police Department and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire.
