Police Search For Beacon Hill Attack Suspect
BOSTON (CBS) – A woman says she was assaulted near the Charles/MGH train station on Monday night. Boston Police are searching for the man and say the attack could be linked to other assaults last month.
The victim was walking on Brimmer Street toward the station when she was indecently assaulted by a suspect who ran away.
Police are looking for a white man in his mid 20′s and the description is very similar to an earlier possible suspect.The other suspect, was a man captured on video walking away from the first of three sex assaults on Beacon Hill last month.
Police describe the suspect in Monday’s attack as 5’10″ in height, 160-170 lbs, slim to medium build, dark brown shaggy hair, parted in the middle, no facial hair, clear skin with olive complexion, wearing a dark blue polo shirt with red polo logo, medium straight leg jeans and dark color sneakers.
People are not just worried about the assault itself; it’s the time that really has them worried. Police say the latest attack happened at 6:15pm on Monday when it was still light out.
Police say it is possible the attack is related to the others last month, and advise residents in the area to stay alert.
