BOSTON (CBS) — At the WBZ Water Cooler: 4th of July plans are being set in motion, but did you know that children age fifteen and younger account for half of all fireworks eye injuries in the United States?

Dr. Dan Briceland from the American Academy of Ophthalmology, says bottle rockets cause some of the most serious eye injuries, but even sparklers pose a very real threat.
