DA: Three Involved In North Attleboro Murder All In Custody

NORTH ATTLEBORO (CBS) – All three men who were in the car with Odin Lloyd in the moments before he was murdered are in custody, according to Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter.

"We now have in custody the three individuals who were in the silver Nissan Altima at the time that Odin Lloyd got into the car at approximately 2:30 on the morning of Monday June 17," D.A. Sutter said Friday.

Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, who orchestrated Lloyd's June 17 murder and pulled the trigger according to investigators, is currently being held without bail on murder charges.

On Friday, 41-year-old his alleged accomplice Ernest Wallace turned himself into police in Miramar, Florida and was arrested. His arrest came less than 24 hours after police asked for the public's help locating him.

According to CBS Miami, Wallace lived in South Florida before 2003 and most of his family still lives in the area today.

Wallace is expected to be charged for accessory after murder.

New Britain State's attorney said investigators arrested Ortiz, 27, in Bristol on Wednesday as part of the inquiry into Lloyd's murder on June 17.
