Daily Talker: Should Boston Schools Distribute Condoms?

The Boston School Committee has approved a plan to make condoms available at all public high schools in the city. Previously, only a handful of schools distributed the contraceptive.  Students will receive counseling on safe sex before getting condoms, and parents have the right to exempt their children.
