Commuters Warned After Sexual Assault At Acton MBTA Station

ACTON (CBS) - A woman says she was sexually assaulted leaving a busy MBTA station.

The woman says on Sunday night, a man with a knife attacked her and sexually assaulted her in the parking lot of the South Acton commuter rail station.

She was not physically hurt and told police the attacker was a short, white male who wore a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt.

After the attack, Acton Police posted a warning telling commuters to be aware of their surroundings.
