BOSTON (CBS) — The biggest rib-fest on the East Coast returns to Boston’s City Hall Plaza next weekend.
The Phantom Gourmet Barbecue Beach Party will feature award-winning pitmasters from Texas, Memphis and even Australia.
Paul Mackay is from Aussom Aussie, Australian Barbecue Company out of Sydney Australia.
His sauce is fruit-based.
“We basically have a few little difference in the way and the style we cook,” he says. “We use a rotisserie smoker.”
