Frustrated Fan Turns To Craigslist To Find Penguins

BOSTON (CBS) - Fans are getting pretty desperate in Pittsburgh.

Normally reserved for finding goods and services, among an array of other .... things, a frustrated Penguins fan has turned to Craigslist in search of his hockey team.

The Penguins find themselves down 0-2 to the Boston Bruins in the Eastern Conference Finals, with their star players assisting more on Bruins' goals than their own. Boston has outscored the Penguins 9-1, prompting the fan to make a request in the "Lost and Found" section of the popular classified site.

"I have recently lost my hockey team," the post says. "There are 20 players that have not shown up for two playoff games against the Boston Bruins. I watched the television and was unable to catch a glimpse of them and I am afraid that they may not make it to the Stanley Cup Final if they are not found."

"Please help me find them, I have been despondent since they have left and don't know what to do if the Bruins go to the Stanley Cup Final!!!"

The reward for finding the players, as written in the post, is a Stanley Cup Championship. But the Bruins, as well as the Chicago Blackhawks and Los Angeles Kings for that matter, will have something to say about that.

The series resumes with Game 3 in Boston on Wednesday night.
