WZLX Listener Puts Grandfather Clock Through Wood Chipper For Bruins Tickets
BOSTON (CBS) - Following a heart-stopping overtime win in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, a seat to Game 2 of the Bruins-Rangers series is no doubt the hottest ticket in town.
This week, Karlson and McKenzie of WZLX-FM managed to secure a couple of tickets to Sunday's game and asked listeners what they'd be willing to trade for them.
The catch: that traded item was going to be sent through a wood chipper.
The winning listener offered up an antique grandfather clock, which was pulverized in an instant.
