Arrest Made In Assault Of Brown University Student From Norwood
PROVIDENCE, RI (CBS) - A Connecticut man has been arrested in the assault of a Brown University student.
Early Sunday morning, 21-year-old Joe Sharkey of Norwood was knocked to the ground and hit his head on the cement at the intersection of George and Thayer Streets in Providence.

On Wednesday, police arrested 25-year-old Tory Lussier from Vernon, Connecticut in connection with the assault. He is being held without bail and will be arraigned Thursday morning.
Sharkey, who is a sophomore basketball player at Brown, remains in critical condition at Rhode Island Hospital.
