The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office said Sunday, the Canton Police department has charged Sean Jackman, 24, of Stoughton, with operating under the influence, motor vehicle homicide, speeding and marked lanes violation.
The arraignment is expected to be held at Boston Medical Center, where Jackman remains hospitalized.
