Funky Bunch Reunion For Marathon Bombing Victim Fund? Wahlberg Says 'Why Not?'

BOSTON (CBS) - Dorchester native Mark Wahlberg, who rose to fame in the late '80s and early '90s as part of hip hop group Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, said on Friday that he'd be up for a reunion concert with the group.

"Why not?" Wahlberg told TMZ when asked if he'd consider joining forces with the Funky Bunch to raise money for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.

Back in March, the Funky Bunch told TMZ that they'd love to do a reunion show.

Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch broke up back in 1993.
