Bostonians' Focus Shifts Back To Marathon Bombing Victims

BOSTON (CBS) - The day after a massive manhunt, while investigators continued the task of sifting through evidence and trying to find some answers, the focus of many Bostonians turned back to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.

Martin Richard, 8; Lingzu Lu, 23; and Krystle Campbell, 29, were all killed in the attack, and more than 170 people were injured.

Days later, police say the two bombing suspects murdered an MIT Police officer Sean Collier, 26, which kicked off a massive manhunt. MBTA Transit Officer Richard Donohue was shot and seriously injured during Thursday night's violent chase and manhunt.

On Saturday, visitors added personal tributes and remembrances to a growing memorial along the barriers on Boylston Street in Boston that blocked off the bombing scene from the public.

Flags and flowers were left around three crosses dedicated to the victims of Monday's bombings.

Despite the rain, small crowds of onlookers found their way to the memorial.

Across the river, a second memorial emerged at the site where Collier was shot and killed.

A relief fund, One Fund Boston has been set up to raise money for the families most affected by this tragedy.

The relief fund had already raised more than $10 million from corporate and private donations.
