Dedham Teenager Charged In Deadly Crash In Jaffery, NH

JAFFERY, NH (CBS) - A Dedham teenager is facing vehicular homicide charges after a fiery crash in Jaffery, New Hampshire on Sunday.

Police say 19-year-old Edgard Henriquez was drunk Sunday morning around 4:30 a.m. when he swerved off of Route 202 and flipped the car into the woods.

The car burst into flames.

A couple of good Samaritans called 911 and helped pull one person to safety.

Henriquez, and a passenger, Tyler Tobin, also of Dedham were taken to Monadnock Community Hospital. Their conditions were not known.

A third person was killed in the crash. That victim has not been identified.

Henriquez was arraigned in his hospital bed on charges of Aggravated DWI and Negligent Homicide - Driving Under the Influence.

Henriquez is reportedly a student at Franklin Pierce University in neighboring Ringe, New Hampshire.
